St Patricks Day Cocktail Recipe - The (Four Leaf) Clover Club

No need to wish for the luck of the Irish.

No need to wish for the luck of the Irish - you WILL be lucky if you get to have a glass of this delicious Clover Club Cocktail in your hand!

INGREDIENTS

45ml LDN Initial Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Egg White
4 Fresh Raspberries

METHOD

Shake all ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Garnish with fresh raspberries.
