INGREDIENTS

• 45ml LDN Initial Gin
• 10ml Sherry
• 15ml Italian Amaro / bitter liqueur
• 20ml lemon juice
• 1 tsp of caster sugar
• 20ml egg white
• 1 dash of black food colouring

METHOD

1. First dry shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and wet shake.
2. Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish.
